Lesson 01

How P2P transactions work

Step-by-step guide to safely depositing and withdrawing through peer-to-peer merchants.

11. Pick a merchant

Open the Cashier and tap a merchant from the P2P list. Each merchant shows their available capital, the rate they offer, and the payment methods they accept (M-Pesa, bank transfer, USDT, etc).

22. Enter the amount

Enter the USD amount you want to deposit. It must be within the merchant's minimum and maximum range. A trade is created and the merchant is notified.

33. Pay the merchant

Use the selected payment method to send the local-currency equivalent to the merchant's contact details shown on the trade page. Keep proof of payment.

44. Mark as paid

Only after the money has actually left your account, tick the confirmation box and tap I have paid. This notifies the merchant to verify and release.

55. Wait for release

Once the merchant confirms the funds in their account, they will release the USD into your Open Binary real balance. You can chat with the merchant inside the trade if anything is unclear.

6Safety tips

Never click I have paid before the money has been sent. Never pay outside the listed payment methods. Keep all communication inside the trade chat so it can be referenced later.

Lesson 02

Reading the digit chart

Understand how ticks, digits and payouts come together in every 5-tick cycle.

1What is a tick?

A tick is a single price update on the synthetic index. Open Binary settles every trade after a 5-tick cycle, so each round lasts only a few seconds.

2The last digit

Every tick price ends in a digit 0–9. Your trade resolves on the last digit of the final tick — twin digits, first vs last, or digit sum.

3Payout multipliers

The harder the outcome, the bigger the payout. Twin digits pay more than a simple high/low because the odds are tighter.

4Picking an index

Each index — Open 15, Open 65, Q33, Q55 and so on — has its own personality. Calmer indices move slowly; aggressive ones swing fast. Switch indices to match your style.

Lesson 03

Managing your balance

Deposit, withdraw and switch between demo and real balance with confidence.

1Demo vs Real

Every account starts with a $1,000 demo balance for practice. Switch to Real from the top bar once you've deposited via P2P.

2Deposits

All deposits go through the P2P merchant network. No card, no third-party processor — pay your local merchant directly and get USD credited instantly on release.

3Withdrawals

Request a withdrawal from the Cashier. Admin approves it, your balance is debited, and the funds are sent through your chosen payout method.

Every action is logged. If anything looks off, share the trade ID with support and we'll investigate.
